Agreement and store operator

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through tavinna.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any product-specific notices displayed at checkout.

Tavinna™ is operated by Shenzhen Zhanxin Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed generally applies to that transaction.

Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding purchase agreement or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, payment, and delivery information and to update us promptly if relevant details change.

Products, images, and availability

We try to describe products accurately, but colors and finishes may appear differently because of display settings, photography, glaze, coating, and manufacturing variation. Dimensions and capacities may have reasonable tolerances. Product images are illustrative and accessories are included only when stated.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, correct errors, or cancel an order when inventory, pricing, risk, or legal issues prevent fulfillment.

Prices, taxes, and order acceptance

Prices may change without notice before an order is submitted. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and currency-conversion fees may be added as applicable. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may verify or reject an order before shipment.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.

Safe product use

Customers must follow product instructions, warnings, capacity limits, temperature guidance, and care information. Do not place an item in a microwave, freezer, oven, or dishwasher unless the product page or included instructions expressly permit it. Inspect ceramic and glass components for cracks or damage before use. Keep hot liquids and removable parts away from children unless supervised.

Shipping, risk, returns, and refunds

Fulfillment and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Title, delivery risk, and consumer remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and carrier documentation.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, third-party services, carrier delays, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
